With its ancient oaks and privately owned mere, Combermere Abbey sits in a magical setting filled with intrigue – to this day, the designer of the wonderful five-acre walled gardens is still a mystery!

Now beautifully restored, the gardens include a Geometric Garden, a fan-shaped glasshouse and the planting of the world’s only Fruit Tree Maze.

Public Opening 2011:
Tuesday 22nd March to Thursday 26th May 2011
Tours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only
Pre-booking essential – call the Estate Office on 01948 662880
Prices - £5 for Adult, £3 for a child (under 16)

Group Tours:
Available from April to October
Tours on weekdays only, in either the morning or afternoon
Minimum number of 20 people
Fully guided tour of house and gardens
Price - £10 per person including refreshments
