See the changing seasons in the 35 acre (14ha) aboretum next to the world famous Lovell Radio Telescope at Jodrell Bank.
With over 2,500 varieties of trees and shrubs and national collection of crab apples (Malus), mountain ash and whitebeams (Sorbus), the arboretum is worth a visit.

By rail From Goostrey. Turn right down Station Road to the church in Goostrey village. Turn right at church and follow country roads, do not turn off this road, even though you appear to be heading away from the telescope. The road goes over the railway bridge and the entrance is on the right hand side.
