This secluded and tranquil garden is one of Cheshire's best kept secrets.
Providing beauty and interest from early spring to late autumn, the garden wraps around the cottage in a series of linked 'rooms'.
Wide herbaceous borders display over 2,000 varieties of hardy trees, shrubs, climbers and herbaceous plants. New perennial borders were created to celebrate Cheshire's Year of Gardens and an exotic garden is planned for 2009.
Adjoining the garden is a wildflower meadow, bluebell woodland and specialist plant nursery with an extensive stock of hardy perennials and shrubs.
